Beautiful vase. This was my first print using vase mode as well and it worked perfectly. Used a tri-color silk PLA. Got a nice gold to purple on one and a full purple on the other. I really like the shine that gets captured in the ripples.

It’s a great piece of decor with flowers inside

Impreso con filamento PLA, boquilla 06, altura de capa de 03, modo espiral

Great design, has a great feel and texture to the general vase shape. I especially love that this was not just designed with vase mode in mind. Having the wall actually have thickness so it can be printed traditional allows it to be sturdier and hold weight.

*I did stretch X and Y to 150% as I was wanting something a little wider.

Printed in MINI+ with standard IS setting for a 0.4mm nozzle at .2 layer height in Overture Silk PLA Dule Color.

Really neat vase. Thanks for sharing!

Needed a vase for the tulips I printed for my wife.
This printed absolutely perfekt. Great work!

Schönes Modell, einfach zu drucken...

@JiriKrupica_602809 According to Google Translate, this means "Weak Walls". Vase mode means that it's intended to print with a single wall thickness. Make sure your printer isn't underextruding. Use the maximum extrusion width for your nozzle. I also recommend a larger nozzle than the typical .4mm nozzle, like .6mm or .8mm.

If want to print with additional perimeters the scad file can be edited to increase the wall thickness, but you won't be able to use vase mode. (edited)
