According to @Molot suggestion, I added model variants that can be printed without supports. See files: insert-countersunk-empty-no-supports.stl and insert-countersunk-empty-no-supports-no-latches.stl.

If you need some modified insert with different hole diameter, bottom thickness or even hole shifting (in case you drill hole not accurate), you can use Updated OpenSCAD library for HSW attachments.
