BlueSCSI is a fantastic hard disk replacement for retro Macs, but it can be a bit tedious to constantly open the machine if you need to access the SD card. If you use yours with a MAC LC-series machine, this bracket allows you to use an inexpensive SD card extender and mount it in the PDS slot cover.

The bracket prints as a single piece, and simply snaps into the PDS slot opening. It's meant for use with a ribbon cable that extends a microSD connection (on the BlueSCSI side) to a standard-size SD card slot (since standard SD cards are easier to handle); these are about $10 on Amazon. You'll need to remove the plastic housing from the SD slot end, but these usually just clip together, and use some strong double-sided tape (like 3M VHB) to attach the SD slot to the bracket.

Designed against a Quadra 605, but should work with these models without any problems:

Mac LC / LC II / LC III / LC 475
Performa 4xx series
Quadra 605

It will likely also work with these models since their PDS slot openings are the same size, but you're on your own to figure out cable routing:

LC 520 / 550 / 575
Color Classic
