Update 4/17/23:  I posted a redesigned version of this insert to also include the Edifice expansion in the base box.  You can see that version here.

This is an insert / organizer for 7 Wonders (Second Edition) with the Leaders, Cities, and Armada expansions.  It features:

*  Separate and labeled trays for all of the cards.

*  Two trays for the money, ground military tokens, and debt tokens. One tray for each end of the table.

*  An in-game Armada tray that holds the island cards and naval military tokens.

*  For the Diplomacy (Cities) and Boarding (Armada) tokens, I sometimes forget to which expansion they belong.  This insert stores them with the relevant cards in labeled trays, making it easy to know which tokens go with which expansion.  It also simplifies setup, as you can just grab the tray(s) for any expansion(s) you want to use and you will have essentially everything you need for setup.  The exception is Armada, which has an additional in-game tray to place on the table, as well as the ships that go on the ship boards.

*  Holds two sets of the expansion score sheets, as well as a pencil or pen in a dedicated slot.

*  Supports vertical storage.

*  Supports sleeved cards.  Gamegenic Prime (100 micron) sleeves shown in the pictures.

*  Plenty of finger holes to make it easy to the get the trays and boards out of the insert.

*  No lid lift.

*  The leaders for the Cities expansion are stored in their own slot in the Cities card tray.  All other leaders go in the Leaders tray.

*  Armada is my least frequently used expansion, so I put the Armada components in the base of the insert.  Those trays don’t need to be removed or moved around to get to the base game and other expansion components/cards.

To achieve the insert as shown, print two of money/military/debt trays, two of the score pad trays, and one of everything else.  The images show how to layer everything in the box, as well as providing closer images of some of the trays.

I have included the original OpenSCAD files in case anyone wants to improve on the design.

I print using a 0.6 mm nozzle with a coarse draft 0.4 mm layer height, so your prints will likely look better than mine.
