Tired of unfolding your filters and trying to get them settled into your V60. Store your V60 filters in their unfolded state so you're ready to make great coffee at a moment's notice! This holder will hold as many filters as you dare stack onto it. You can conveniently store your V60 pour-over device on top of the filters as well. After a day or so of being stacked, the filters will assume their unfolded state and slide effortlessly into your pour-over device, ready to be rinsed.

To use this, simply open up a filter, fold the seam over, then set it in the holder. Repeat!

This is a trivially simple model. It took mere minutes to create it in Fusion 360. Parametrizing the model took another couple of minutes. The f3d model contains a single user parameter you can adjust to create different size holders (see the image screenshot). The comment for the parameter show values for common v60 filter sizes.

Provide are 01 and 02 filter holders STL/3MF files. Using the F3D model file, you can create any size you like. The “FilterDiameter” value is the diameter of the top of an unfolded filter.

I printed in PETG using 3% infill. PLA works too.

If you are at all concerned about potential contamination from the filament plastic into the filter paper, do what I do and sacrifice the first filter (or two), leaving them on the holder for all eternity (or maybe swap them out every decade) as a buffer to the uncontaminated filters above them.

Perfect gifts for all your coffee obsessed friends!
