Added a top and its so cool.

@3d_printer_2464182 Did you set your wall thickness to 0.8mm in your slicer?
@rh224_277852 i couldn't. When i change to 0.8 it loses the vase mode profile somehow
Can you maybe help? I printed this and it looks amazing but It came out completely solid. What am I doing wrong?
@caseybuck_2429202 You need to enable Spiral Vase Mode or Vase Mode in your slicing software. Google the name of the slicer you are using and “Vase Mode” you should find some easy instructions. Once you have vase mode enabled, you need to make sure to set your line thickness to 0.8mm.
Printed with 0.4mm nozzle.
0.2mm layer height.
0.8mm layer width.
Turned out pretty darn sturdy!
I like the idea but have a suggestion - the model has spots where it flairs out more than any reasonable extrusion width is going to be able to avoid breaks between layers. I used a 0.4mm nozzle and set extrusion width all the way to 0.6mm to try to compensate for this, but even in the slicer you can see holes through the resulting gcode where the next layer moves horizontally more than the extrusion width. The solution would be to cheat a little and adjust the angle of the underside of things like the bottoms of the lettering and the rim where mine broke.
Cute print. Printed slightly weird but I think something is off with my printer.
