I use super glue all over my shop and the tips get clogged and I have to either unclog them or cut the tips lower and get a bigger hole. This was such a pain that I decided to sit down and 3D model a replacement tip and cap.
The example photos are printed out of PETG white for the base and PLA black for the cap. You can use whatever you want but I liked the black and white and it was what I had loaded on my printers when I designed this.
The tip does not need any supports but I recommend a raft for the cap. It fits perfectly when printed at .3mm layer height. The cap does snap on and I recommend using vaseline to keep the glue from sealing the bottle shut in time.
Enjoy and let me know if you have any issues.
