hot-swap socket holders

Holders for choc and MX style hot-swap sockets, for use with hand-wired keyboard builds. Superglue the sockets into the holders, and superglue the holders onto the switch plate/case.

The choc holder can be easily printed flat, but the MX-style holder should be printed at a 45 degree angle. There is a small bevel on the bottom edge to help with this.
