I drew a quick housing for the mentioned temperature controller.

It has super simple design, no screw holes. You should use hot glue to fix it onto fridge or whatever. Or design holes if you need. (Glue is strong enough tbh and don't drill holes in freezer chests as you may damage copper coils inside)

Use drain hole to get temperature probe inside.

Upper square is for W3230, lower square box is space for wires. Use lid to close the wires. If wires make it hard to close the lid, use hot glue to fix wires in place.

Stupid simple but efficient.
