I merged the perfect Quad Lock mount by vincenzo with the Skadis Universal Hook found here:

I did have to chamfer the hook a bit to get it to slide into place.

This is a tight fit after printing. Install gently.

Slicing Notes:

• .2mm layer height
• 4 perimeters (makes the hook solid)
• Support only needed for the hook, unless your printer can defy the laws of physics
