0" thru 3" Radius Router Tracing Templates (13 Unique Sizes)

13 different sized radius templates. This is used for creating radiuses from 0-3 inches using a trim router on wood, aluminum or plastics. The template gets traced with a trim router and tracing bit as shown in the pictures. I attached 2 files for each size, an STL and a GCode. The hexagons are for aesthetics only. I used two clamps to hold this in place while routing. Wear safety equipment when routing.

This file fits a MK3S nicely and works great with 20% infill.

This file is setup for a Prusa Mk3S with PETG filament. It has 20% infill and takes 6hours to print.
