Neje Air Assist (40W)

A Neje 40W (A40640) module Air assist. (for 30W module see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4843808)

It comes in two version.

6ID which has inner diameter of 6mm.

6.5ID which has inner diameter of 6.5mm.

Height of the laser head should be around 17.3 mm from the material being cut.

It is intended for the hose to be inserted and glued with a bit of superglue.

This way it stays super secure and there is less chance of mounting pipe to break as then it is also printed fused with the mounting bracket.

I also provided the "quick connector" to be connected directly to compressor that I have (Stanley Fatmax Silent 101) which is also to be glued in the same way. This is all to ensure these pieces are thick and can hold pressure.

Note, since we are talking about plastic don't use this for high pressure (I do use this with 30 PSI which I would say is way above what you should be doing with plastic prints like this) as this could all explode. In any case print this very hot with maximum walls and in ABS. You have been warned.
