My 4 year old decided to rip off the stock thumbstick pads on my XBox One controller. I bought some aftermarket ones that didn't fit snug enough, and he did it again, losing them. So I made this and printed a dozen of them. I used NinjaFlex 85A filament but I think 95A would work well. It needs to flex to secure tightly to the controller. These fit nice and I like the feel. I included a step file if you want to edit it. Otherwise adjusting the print size in your slicer should do the trick for fitment.
I printed with a .6mm nozzle at .16mm layer height. I used supports and printed it right-side up. The supports came free pretty easily. Make sure to give yourself a gap between for your support roof.
