The best way to print the owl is the log in wood filament and the owl in white. In this way, you get Hedwig the owl from HP

You will find the owl in 2 versions.

• The owl directly on the log
• The owl and the log separately, in that way you can print the log with wood filament and the owl in another filament.

I printed the owl and the log separately. In this way was able to print the log with wood filament.

With 0.2 mm layer height, the print of both parts needed about 12 hours. 

If you want to print the log separately, you need to use support material for the owl, otherwise you can print it completely without support material if you tweak the settings a bit.
