I needed to mount two 49" Samsung curved displays on a pole-style mount.

The Samsung hole pattern is 75x75 horizontally, which will work, but the vertical is 40mm, which will not.

The Samsung monitors come with a metal adapter plate for wall mounting, but I misplaced one of them a few months ago when I got the 1st one. They are about $30 - $50 shipped, and I'm impatient, so I designed and printed one.

I designed and printed this adapter in fusion 360. It's in two parts that need to be glued together with Expoxy, Polyurethane glue (e.g., gorilla glue), or super glue. I did it this way to reduce the need for support and the hassle of removing them.

The LCD plate has 3mm slots that mate to the 3mm slots in the VESA plate; it's pretty loose to allow for glue expansion when you join them together.

I only made holes in the adapter plate for a 100mm x 100mm VESA mount, you could re-do it for a 75mm x 75mm if you needed to, but the ring would need to be wider.

I printed it with overture PETG  with a 6mm nozzle and 0.4mm layer height as it's functional and doesn't need to be pretty. I did add support build plate supports for the LCD plate slots to keep them clean, I never get clean bridging with PETG on my S1.   Due to their size they won't both fit on a 250x250 build plate so I printed them separately.

It is designed for my monitors but should work for any LCD with a 75mm x 75mmm x 40mm x 40mm bolt pattern that you want to adapt to a standard VESA mount.
