Fiio E10K desk mount

For mounting a Fiio E10K under (or on top of?) a desk.

Differences from the original:

• Increased height to also accomodate for the rubber feet
• Bigger knob cutout for convenience (style 2)
• Slots for coutersank screws
• A bit smaller tolerances for a tight fit
