Hinged lid for adding MMU2S to Original Prusa Enclosure

I had a couple of misprints of the hinge brackets with my MK4 because the built-in supports failed every time. It finally worked when I removed them and used automatic organic supports on build plate only. (edited)

Printed and assembled well.

While building the enclosure for a brand new MK4S+MMU3, I realized that I needed the left hinge but unfortunatly it was missing in the printed parts package. But the MK4S was not ready yet as the XLCD and PSU had been taken off in order to make the transition. No worries, I simply printed the left hinge with the old reliable MK3S+. The enclosure is now complete.
