Excellent, just used the 0.3 with PETG @230 bed 75 on an Anycubic, organic supports on an 8mm round protrusion (like a dowel) and the supports stayed on the bed as the model popped off. Just perfect. Well done.

this is a must have addition to Prusa slicer!

This worked really well with 0.2mm layer height. Could you add a version for 0.25 now that is the default nozzle for MK4S?

Will try it with organic supports now, as I find that easier to remove.

thank you!

@simao_1976344 nozzle diameter and layer height are not the same thing 😉

@MirceaB_2885421 yes, sorry, I meant default layer height. :)

Printed the Sunlu S2 Wedge with settings for support on build plates only.

Supports were easily removed perfectly with no residue left behind.

Printed with PETG.

For your interest the wedge file is below:

These supports pop off perfectly everytime with PLA. still testing all other materials

Will this work for organic supports too? Have anyone tried it already?

@FrantisekRuba_310983 works great with organic if you don't use organic when the supports are less than ten layers from the bed tall, for some reason really short organic supports are like concrete (edited)

Well that is extremely impressive.

Why aren't these settings just made the default in the slicer?

Chopped off the bit I didn’t need in the slicer to test how well polymaker polysupport worked with a large flat rectangular join. And the answer is really well.
