This is a housing for a 140mm fan. I used a noctua industrial for maximum filtration.
This is designed to be added to a hard enclosure or mounted on an interior edge with the included wall mount.
I use this with M3x15mm bolts, and nuts as well as a car cabin filter that I cut to size. This is good for microplastics and fumes.
You will need the housing and the shroud is recommended. The filter needs to be roughly 140x140x25. I cut up a Toyota Camry cabin filter.
My settings:
Material: PETG
Speed: 60mm/s
Supports: Yes (for the housing only)
Line Width: 0.6mm
Layer Height: 0.28mm
You can use finer settings but this worked fine for me. I used PETG as PLA gets a bit floppy in a warm enclosure (50-70C).
