AICS 308 CHAMBER FLAG

This is a remix of a chamber flag by theDude8102. I raised the lip for the mag catch a bit better in my son's Voodoo, and lengthened the flag to make it easier to grasp.  V2 file has the Coast Guard emblem, V4 file is plain without any notations
