Stevenson Screen inserts for the Enviro (Pico W Aboard) range from Pimoroni

These models are designed to make fitting the component parts needed to run the Enviro Weather (Pico W Aboard) & Enviro Urban (Pico W Aboard) boards into the Stevenson Screen from Pimoroni easier.

The 'LiPo Amigo Pro holder.stl' part is designed to fit snugly around the upright in the Stevenson Screen, and to allow a LiPo Amigo Pro to sit within it.

The ‘6700mAh battery holder.stl’ and ‘10050mAh battery holder.stl’ parts are designed to be glued to the back of the 'LiPo Amigo Pro holder.stl' (the two upright parts should be together to form a single upright). The 'Stevenson Screen 6700 or 4400mAh battery holder.stl’ will fit the 6700mAh High Capacity Lithium Ion Battery Pack and may fit the 4400mAh Lithium Ion Battery Pack in. The '10050mAh battery holder.stl’ will fit the 10050mAh High Capacity Lithium Ion Battery Pack and may fit the 6600mAh Lithium Ion Battery Pack in. You will only need to print the relevant one of these models. I would note that the 10050mAh battery fit is very snug.

The board holders are designed to have M2 nuts pressed into them, and M2x12mm bolts run through the board, then through the printed spacers, and then into the nuts in the back of the board holders. On the Weather board, the standard spacers go at the hanger end of the board, and the USB spacers at the bottom. Of the USB spacers, the larger spacers go on top of the board, and the smaller between the board and the printed holder.

All of the models have been designed to be printed without supports, and are already in the best orientation to do this. They may need a little post processing to fit together perfectly.
