UPDATE: Added versions of the ‘top-left-no details’ and ‘top-right-no details’ without the red details
NOTE: please see print settings section for details if you have trouble fitting it on the bed
General:
- This is an 8-button full-sized arcade stick made for Sanwa joystick/buttons (30mm main and 24mm side) and uses a brook fighting board with a hinged design for ease of access to internal storage and electronics.
- Measured Assembled Dimensions approx. 220x410x54 mm (W x L x H)
- The electronics board's placement is on the top right lid. Should also be compatible with generic USB encoders as long as the holes match 35x80mm.
- The print-in-place hinges are an 80% scale remix of the "Surface Mount Hinge 90-Degrees" by 3dprintingwithausten (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4173999).
- see picture for hinge orientation
- some force may be needed when opening the hinges for the first few times depending on your printer and nozzle settings.
- Opening and closing repeatedly after the initial cycle should solve the issue

Misc and notes:
- Depending on nozzle size and accuracy, the magnets may be too loose, if that is the case, a bit of super glue can be used to hold them in place. Otherwise they should be in a slight press fit.
- A cut to the right side bottom storage divider (now incorporated in the design) was made to the one in the pictures after printing to accommodate wires that may be sticking out from the electronics board.
