Chamberlain wanted me to use double-stick foam to mount this to my garage door... I don't think so. Disappointed that no-one created one yet, so here you go.
I added a ridge around the top and bottom to secure with a tie wrap, should it break while adding/removing the sensor. Also added a 3-sided version, which mandates using a tie wrap. For easiest removal, your best bet is probably the 3-sided (tie) version.
Bolt hole distance (top to bottom) is 80 mm (3-5/32") and (left to right corner) is 53 mm (2-3/32").
Update 05/29/2021: Added version 2 with the top open and tie bands on the 3 remaining sides and thicker side supports. It only made sense to have the open side up, since the garage would be closed 99% of the time.
