This is a filament swatch designed to be used as a calibration print as well. It might be a bit beefy for a filament swatch (about 5g of filament, depends on the settings) but hopefully it can save more filament that would be used to print calibration models.
It's features include:
I also made a two part version where the text tag is separate from the swatch. That way the tag can be used as size test, stringing test and negative space test.
The larger cylinder has a diameter of 5mm and the smaller one 3mm. The holes on the watch are offset 0.2mm
Open the Swatch.scad in OpenSCAD and edit the name and type parameters, optionally letter size and height. The offsets for the text placement should be fine but can be changed too if needed.
If using the two part model, print swatch2part.stl and in OpenSCAD edit the path to file parameter to where your SwatchTag.stl is (remember to change \ into / if there is an error).
Unfortunately, at the moment of posting this make I have only one spool of filament so I can't show how it would look with different filaments.
Hope You like it and it proves useful!
