CR-10 Standalone Remix and CAD file

I really like the build from Cornely_Cool and the instruction from Mellowj to build my own CR-10 standalone.

I re-draw some of the panels in OnShape and feel free to modify them.

Additional improvements also include the BTT TFT35-E3 mount. PiTFT50 screen mount.

I also redesign the clamp insert which will hold tighter.

I adjust the side panel tabs because the original version is too tight to insert into the 2020 t-slot.

I plan to add a gas spring to lift the printer when servicing the electronics.
