Skyzone V1 Goggles adapter for external VTX RX

"Wedge" to provide a flat surface for mounting an external receiver module using double sided 3M sticky pad between the module and the wedge.

Uses the original goggle SMA connector with nut over it to hold wedge in place, other end hooks into the elastic headband "slot".
