This is a pulley with indentations suitable to grip a chain for a blind, the sort with round metal bumps on the chain. I've seen a number of these but they didn't fit my blind chain parameters. The centre to centre spacing of the spheres on my chain is approx 4.2 mm and the gap between spheres is 1.1mm. The spheres themselves have a diameter of approx 3.2mm

The pulley fits (interference) onto the shaft of a micro servo (12g shown here) for a home automation project, and also included is a bracket that allows vertical adjustment of both the servo position, and the bracket up and down to allow the tension on the chain to be such that the chain fits into the pulley with sufficient tension to grip it but without too much strain on the servo.

I've mounted mine to a rough support so that the whole device can be installed/removed as required.

Notes:

Prints without support.
I used a 1.2mm wall thickness. This provides sufficient bite for any screws which are used for the servo, and sufficient strength for anchoring.
