ER11 Collet Organizer/Storage/Box/Holder

This organizer was made to store a set of ER11 collets I purchased that included the following 13 sizes : 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm,  3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 5.5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 3.175mm(1/8) (I also added space for a ¼" collet).

The print includes a basic organizer box designed to print labeled recesses with filament switching. An optional lid is included; the lid fits on top to fully enclose the collets, or can be stored on the bottom to leave the collets open and accessible (see photos).

Print Instructions 

Print in PETG using the 3mf or gcode files provided. Otherwise :

Bottom : 2 perimeters, 10% rectilinear

Note that the bottom is designed to print in two colors with filament switching.

Lid : 2 perimeters, 0% infill
