Don't want to ruin the idea, but isn't there a small logic problem. You have dirty hands (probably carrying the virus) then you touch the hour-glass and turn it. Now the virus could be sticking to the part :/

The idea was to understand or get a feel of how long 20 seconds takes. (edited)
