These are bristles for the Adjustable Height CNC Dust Shoe for DeWalt 611 by Gage6917. It is very hard to source the bristles in Europe, so I decided to print them as well and it turned out fine.
There are two versions uploaded, one shorter to fit on the Prusa MK3 and one full length. For the shorter one, you will need to print one more or split the body and print about 1.5 more cm to cover the whole area of the dust boot.
To print, make sure detect thin walls is enabled and print without supports. It uses bridging to make the bristles. After the print is finished, just cut of the bottom strip and hot glue the bristles into the dust boot.
Print with flexible filament.
I have a 0.6 nozzle so the bristles are 0.6 wide. not sure how it will work with 0.4 nozzle, maybe you can change the extrusion width or I included the step file, so you can modify the file for yourself.
Original thing that these are intended for can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2802301
PS:
A lot of people had a problem with the pin for the original breaking, which I immediately replaced with an m3 screw and it works perfectly ever since.
Thanks again to Gage6917 for a great design.
