Dualgear extruder and ADXL 345 with Pancake Stepper SpeedDrive Remix

Remix of the SpeedDrive to use a Bontech/Bigtreetech Dual Gear Extruder with a Pancake (42x20mm) Nema 17 Stepper

It clears the frame without the endstop extender

I also included Boltholes on the side to mount a ADXL 345

I had trouble importing the step files from the github page so i made this completely from scratch only using the measurements and general look of the original

Adjusted the offset of the extruder for better alignment with the hotend
