Design goals:
- store the multimeter with connected measuring cables in a box
- cover of box shall have a lock
- multimeter box shall stand stable if cover is opened to perform measurements
Design:
All designed parts of the box are printed out of PETG. The lock is designed as a rotary lock. The fixing of the cover to the box, is realized by cylinder screws for the rotary joint. To ensure clearance between cover and box, washers are added to keep the distance.

Printing parts:
- use setting support for housing and rotary lock
- remove support from parts
Assembly instruction:
- prepare housing by adding hexagon nuts
- prepare rotary lock by adding hexagon nut
- thread rotary lock to cover and check if it could be easily rotated; if not, plane surface by removing rest of support
- assemble rotary lock by adding spacer, washer and cylinder screw
- mount cylinder screw with a washer to each side of the housing
- snap on cover to housing
- check function of multimeter box
