These are really neat. I see your comment about the cap threading on the outside threads, could you possibly add a smaller pitched thread on the inside and have the cap go slightly into the base so its actually screwing down on the inside? Another cool add-on would be a base to hold a bunch of these using the outside threads. Then I could print a bunch of these then put a little sticker on them for size (m3x16) and quickly grab the one I need. Base would likely only need a small twist to sort of "lock" them in. Awesome model!

They look great, but it's a shame the lids don't screw on. Thematically that would be perfect.
@Piers_75702 Good point, I originally planned it that way, but the width and pitch of the thread were large, the caps would also be wide and high, I was looking for a compromise between the hole for the cap and the hole for the shapes, so that the cap is not high. With these settings, the cap fits close to the box
