To build it you need four M3 x 16mm (longer ones also work) screws. The hinges and the box lid and bottom are 3D printed. It clicks in really well with a perfect hold.
You can use it for example for screws or ball bearings and so on.
The holes for the M3 screws have a diameter of 2,75mm so you cut the thread by screwing in a screw. It's fast and really effectiv!
You can print it with PLA, ABS, PETG or whatever you want. I used a layer height of 0,2mm and printed it without supports.
I used 0,5mm tolerances so you can even print it with a non well calibrated printer!
I also made a recess in the lid so you can make your box waterproof.
