iFidget - Airtag fidget toy

Introducing the all new Apple Airtag accessory - the iFidget.

Insert your device into the case, close the lid and start fidgeting. The tight fit of the case allows your nails to be broken if ever tried to be taken apart. It is also a good adition to your keys - clean and modern design with stress relieve function and tracking abilities, what more do you want?

How to use it?

As introduction aplies, just insert Airtag into the case then close the lid. Before closing the lid though, I would recomend you to snip the corners of both semicircles on the lid a bit, so it fit more easily. Use some pliers to join both sides easily. I made model to have just slightly larger height than Airtag so the fit could be tight - I'll probably update it in the future.

How to print it?

It doesn't really matter but .2 layer heght on .4 nozzle and 20% infill would be okay. You could enable ironing function so Airtag could slide more smoothly. With FDM printer position it on the ‘boring’ side of the model (they should be oriented correctly tho).

Design process

I don't have Apple Airtag, so I designed this model using anatomicaly correct model of it found on this site. I used Fusion 360 for designing it and only printed one variation of it so final version should work in theory…
