PTFE tube cutter 90 degrees

This jig is for cutting PTFE tubes at a perfect 90 degrees. The manual hand-held cutters did not provide accurate cuts. This tool requires the base and two arms to be printed and assembled with 2 x M3 6mm SHCS screws. All the components are easy to print without supports.

Once assembled, ensure that the gap between the arms is as small as possible. Use a scraper or other sharp blade to cut the tube between the arms. The result is a clean 90 degree cut.
