PTFE Chamfer Cutter for Prusa Mini 3D optimized - remix

This is a remix of PFTE Chamfer cutter for Prusa Mini / Mini+

Changelog:

• hole diameter changed to 4,20 mm (for better tolerance instead of 4,50 mm)
• smaller fillets (for easiest print and eliminate overhang)
• print time shorter about 30 min (than original model)
• more lenght of PTFE tube for holding it when chamfered
