Round Hygrometer Magnetic Mount

I rebuilt it in FreeCad.  

Changes:

• recessed holder for hygrometer
• 10x2mm magnets
• 6mm height
• magnet extractor holes
• sits flush with the wall for a stronger magnetic hold
