Used very nice original .STL files to guide re-drawing in Onshape so that a load bearing web could be added to the side mounted foot brackets. The bottom mounts are the same as the original. .STEP files for all parts are included. Designed a printable hammer nut the same size as the recommended steel nuts as an option, using a modified CAD file downloaded from a hardware supplier. This printable hammer nut uses an embedded 3mm nut (5.5mm X 2.4mm, 3 x 0.5 thread) for strength. Printed in PETG, 0.2mm layer height. The hammer nut should be printed with a pause inserted at the 3.00 mm layer height to allow insertion of the steel 3mm nuts. This feels almost as strong as the steel nuts so far. Certainly strong enough for this application.
