Hanger for Universal Auto-Rewind Spool Holder with Attachment System

Hanger for V3 version of Vincent Groenhuis's Universal Auto-Rewind Spool Holder (MM).

I designed this so that the hanger can push away from the wall a bit because my rod was too close to my back wall, but the attachment system is useful for anyone. 

This hanger doesn't require any screws to hold together as it uses a clipping system with some tight tolerances. 

Attachments

You can print it with or without the attachment system -- I have included both models.

The provided attachment works with PC4-M10 Tube Fittings since that is what was suggested for the Passthrough Adaptor Mod and the Amazon link comes with 10. I am using this tubing to connect them which has a slightly larger inside diameter than the one that comes with the MMU2S.

I have included the AttachmentRemixableDontPrint model in case you want to remix it to fit whatever you have around.

Axle Changes

I have modified Vincent's axle to include a stopping peg to prevent the axle from sliding out of the hanger. The original axle should work just fine, but I wasn't comfortable with the possibility of it sliding off and it also added a buffer if you are running these close together. Remixed axle still works on Vincent's stand. There is a small hole to push the clip in if you are having trouble getting it out, though you shouldn't need to remove it as the spools and hub pieces should fit over it.

Large Hanger

I have unfortunately not tested the large hanger model as I don't have a large spool and haven't had time to print it. I tried to match the measurements from Vincent's large stand, so it in theory works (I had to cut 5mm off the height), let me know if you try it. I will try to test print it soon.

Print Instructions

I do recommend printing at 0.2mm as the tolerances are pretty tight.
