Possibly a stupid question, but what are suggested fills/material? Due to certain considerations I can only print PLA at the moment, so I understand if this is more of a PETG/ABS sort of print.
@Kylen_784513 I printed in PLA. My recommendation: 4 walls, infill 25% gyroid and everything will be ok.
Printed in Paramount3D ABS, Red and Black. Love the design, and look forward to using it on my newly-built Trident! My only complaint is that the filament guides snap in _so_ tightly, they can be a bit hard to remove.
@koz_348738 Different materials have different degrees of elasticity. You can try to print the filament guides from a more elastic material such as PLA or PETG. Note that the filament guide was designed for a bed slinger printer (for a print head that moves in one dimension) not for a head that moves in two dimensions. In your configuration, it can do more harm than good.
@George PLA is not more elastic than ABS: I am not too worried about filament guide elasticity. I admit that this setup may not work as well for a CoreXY, but it'll be fun to find out: will definitely report back on that.
Look's awesome! Could you share the .stl file? i would like to see if it will work with my enclosed printer.
Great model, easy print and the threads work at .32. Using on my Biqu BX.
Printed on Prusa Mk3s, Atomic CF PETG, .32
Thanks!
Non trovavo un supporto che mi piacesse per la mia blv mgn cube...poi ho visto questo e mi ha risolto tutti i problemi, top!
