This is a case for Raspberry Pi 2 with a Adafruit PiTFT display for the Raspberry Pi 1. It is Adafruit part #1601), which as Adafruit says on their website, works fine as long as you don't mind a bit of an overhang. The overhang makes it a bit of an odd case variant, but it works fine and actually doesn't look bad at all once it is in a case.
The situation is that I wanted to use the Pi 2 due to the better performance, which is especially needed when running OctoPrint, a Pi camera, and OctoPiPanel displaying on the Adafruit TFT display. So I purchased a new Raspberry Pi 2, but I already had on hand the PiTFT display for the Pi 1 so I ended up designing this case rather than purchasing a new PiTFT display for the Pi 2.
The case is a derivative/remix of the case Raspberry Pi 2 Safe and Secure with LCD screen or not thing #: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:784971, not only did I have to redesign the top for the display, but the middle piece interfered with the bottom of the display so I had to change it a bit too.
And finally, I also added an angled base so that it has a nice reading angle when mounted on the base board for my Prusa i3 box frame. You can see that best in the second and third pictures.
