My version of Prusa's PETG Prusament Clamp with three cold shoes (old school camera flash mount made of non conductive materials). Provides convenient mounting points for lights, flashes and other photo accessories.
The “design” is a copy of the Prusament Clamp done in Fusion 360. F3D file is provided.
No supports needed. Print orientations are set in the 3MF file. 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 4 vertical perimeters, 25% gyroid infill. I'd recommend a good PETG that will give you plenty of layer adhesion.
I've smoothed out the handle a bit and also rounded over the threads on the screw. The new version can be printed with a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.3mm layer height. Print time drops to just less than three and a half hours.
Keep in mind this is plastic clamp you're printing on your FDM printer. Don't use it to mount your Hasselblad with a 5 kg lens on it. Don't use it to mount something where a failure could injure someone! If you need something more secure look at any of the excellent clamps by Avenger, Manfrotto, Impact or any number of others.
