A scratch redesign of Makers Making Change's Signature Guide in OpenSCAD with the following design objectives:

conform to std credit card size ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1
sign holes are tapered to reduce pen hangups
corners of sign holes are very slightly rounded: this makes print less likely to lift from print bed
one of the short edges has a very slight outward flare to help with removal from print bed
one of the long edges has a slight bevel and is ruled in 10/5 millimetre ticks
fairly easily customized in OpenSCAD.

\nHow I Designed This\n===================\n

Customization

While this isn't an OpenSCAD Customizer project, it's fairly easy to modify. A couple of templates (dxf, svg) are included to help you make your own grille.

\nTo modify the number of apertures, change the line:\n

holes = 5; // number of cutouts in card\nFor each aperture, thehole_ll array defines the lower left corner coordinate of each cutout. Thehole_dimen array defines the width and height of the apertures. No checks are made to see if you're staying inside the card bounds, so preview before you print.

The OpenSCAD code includes a seemingly unnecessary intersection of the whole model with a very large cube. Without it, I found that PrusaSlicer became confused about what parts were solid and what were holes.
