Star Wars: The Clone Wars ARF Clone Trooper Helmet

First Star Wars helmet of mine, modeled in Blender based of Battlefront II character gallery.

Cut in three parts for easy printing and assembly with bigger printer (I use Ender 3 Max). For smaller printer additional cuts have to be made.

WARNING!!! This model is finely modeled for my size of head which is small, so I recommend checking your head dimensions and modifying files accordingly in similar way to this:

I printed mine with Rosa3D filament using 0.3 layer height, 3% infill, two line walls and standard supports using Cura slicer.

Print was smoothed with putty and primer (and of course looooots of sanding) and painted with custom black, gray and blue spray paint according to my OC character from about 5/6 years ago :)

Edit 25/07/2022 Added eye shield and some foam for comfort. Eye shield is made from car tinting foil and a piece of plastic. Vision is clear and no parts of face can be seen from outside.
