UPDATES:
2020/04/01: Added Fusion 360 source file.
There's plenty of various cable drag chains out there on Thingiverse but I haven't found any that allows installation without disassembly of wires.
Apart from that the chains I've seen were quite bulky.
That's why I designed my own version i Fusion 360, allowing me to customize all the features of chain link:
I can also change clearances/tolerances and a few more attributes.
Let me know if you need other dimensions or higher/over clearances.
Thanks to tolerances (here 0.25 mm) the chain links can be printed assembled or separately. It's important to print slow, not more than 15-20 mm/s.
After printing the links might be fused a bit. Use a little force to crack them loose. For each link you can also grab and squeeze join with two fingers and swing the adjacent link a couple times. That will clean the joint from any residues.
If you're not sure about capabilities of your printer/filament then you can check it with my economic fidget spinner tolerance test: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2949885
