Notes:

The hinge is designed to print reliably at first layer .3mm and a layer height of .2mm.
Other print resolutions will work, but check them in the slicer that clearances aren't affected.

Since this is printed flat it is a large print. (203.7mm Length x 50mm Width)

Updated stand directions

The updated stand should be printed with the slicer supports off.

After printing the designed-in supports need to be removed:

1. At each hinge there are 5 small supports.
2. Two phone cradle supports.
3. Friction latch supports.

These supports are internal and hold the latch in place during printing.

Post-Printing

There are four internal supports for the latch. Two are positioned at the front of the latch near the cradle pass-through opening, and two at the rear.

1. Fold the base to the center like shown above.
2. Using a small object like a screwdriver gently press the latch down until the click of the front supports breaking away is heard.

To break away the rear supports press the latch in.

the latch should now be free to move.
