Vase with Filament Inlay - Customisable

Inspiration for this vase collection came from drodfro's “Filament Beer Pint Vase”.

Multiple sizes of slim and wide body vases are provided in this collection. 

You can choose between vase mode  and regular printing mode. The neat part about this design is, that the inevitable seam is hidden in the grooves for a neat appearance. 

After Printing you can insert any color of 1.75mm filament into the grooves for a nice accent.

If the shape and size you want is not available,  customize your own with the F3D file. The first sketch allows you to customize the shape of the vase. You might need to redo some steps in the timeline to get to your customized vase.

To ensure the strength of the vase mode prints, set your extrusion width of the outside perimeter to 1mm or 1.2mm. All 0.4mm nozzle can handle this wide of an extrusion. Set the layer height to 0.2mm and reduce speeds to 30mm/s to 40mm/s of all layer features to ensure water tightness.
