This is an alternate way to mount a RAMPS 1.4/Arduino Mega 2650 board to the RichRap 3DR using the 8mm threaded rod and M8 nuts for the spool holder instead of the 3mm stand-offs in the electronics mount which were weak and didn't fit the M3 bolts I had. This is a much simpler way to mount the RAMPS since it's just one M8 nut and it gives your clearance to access your USB port and power port.
Printed with support material, drilled out the 8mm hole and the M3 bolt holes with a drill to make sure the bolts and rod fit. Place an M8 nut, then mount the Arduino mega, then thread the rod through the M8 nut.
