After studing and testing various ventilator solutions for Sunlu S1 I settled to Cobra Di by Hemi345, as it provided a nice integration of a silent ventilator and an integrated dessicant holder.  I initially modified its dessicant entry hole allow a bit easier use of dessicant bags in addition to loose grains.  Only when in use, I found out that the dessicant holder interfered with narrow 200m spools and very full wide spools (e.g. Amazon spools), particularly when running my spring autorewinder, that raises the spoll a bit.  This is a problem for me as the specialty filaments needing the drybox the most come often in narrower spools.

So, I modified the holder to allow unrestricted space for 200mm spools. At the same time I changed the dessicant bag loading arrangement from a small hole to a wide lid that opens the whole bottom perimeter of the dessicant compartment.  The lid is a thin version of original bottom. The orinal size dessicant box lid is still available as an option. The lid is locked in place with a piece of filament pushed through the hole at the top.

This mod design is a a bit fast and dirty, meaning that the print of the body requires supports, consuming 7..8g of extra filament, but it worked relatively well for me.  Printed in clear PETG by Amazon, using 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.3 mm layers with 2 walls and very low supports density.

.3mf files included as an indication of the supports and the Mickey mouse ears that I used as an insurance of a good adherence to the printing bed.

This mod requires the attachment bracket and wire guiding clip from the original model

I used flackenstein’s solution https://www.printables.com/model/73014-sunlu-filament-dryer-mod to tap to the S1 controller board to control the fan rather than using an additional temperature switch.
